Indian Head Massage

The aim of an Indian Head Massage (IHM) is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders.  A range of movements are used including kneading and compression over the neck, shoulder and scalp areas.  IHM is especially effective in relieving stress, tension, fatique, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitus.  IHM leaves the client feeling deeply calm and relaxed.

IHM helps increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders and improves blood circulation flow.
