Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage (DTM) is a massage that focuses on the deeper layers of the muscle tissue.  It aims to release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibres of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

DTM is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and deep pressure applied across the grain of the muscle. DTM will help to loosen muscle tissues, release toxins from muscles and allow blood and oxygen to circulate efficiently.
